Delete your account and data.
In Fibi your data stays only on your device by default. If you linked an account, you can delete it and all of your data on our server at any time, even without the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Fibi and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account → Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted and confirm. It happens right away.
In the same step you can also delete the data on this device. If you do not, it stays on your device and you keep using Fibi as a guest.
Request deletion by e-mail
If you cannot use the app, send an e-mail from the address linked to your account to erensaribay37@gmail.com with the subject “Fibi account deletion request”, and mention your sign-in method (Google or Apple).
To verify it is you, we only act on requests from the linked address. Your account and all of your data are deleted within 30 days at the latest; we let you know by e-mail when it is done.

To keep your account but delete your synced data and backups on the server: Profile → Account → Delete my synced data. Your account stays, the server copy is emptied.
If you cannot use the app, send the same request by e-mail with the subject “Fibi data deletion request”.
If you use Fibi as a guest
If you never linked an account, we hold no data about you; everything is on your phone. To delete it:
- Profile → Data → Delete all data on this device, or
- uninstall the app: its data and local backups are removed from the device.
A copy in your phone’s own backup (Google Drive or iCloud) can be deleted separately in that service’s settings.

When your account is deleted, your other devices are signed out at their next sync; their copy stays as guest data and can be deleted there separately.
How long it takes
- In the app: immediately. Everything on the server is deleted at once.
- By e-mail: within 30 days at the latest; we let you know when it is done.
What is kept
Nothing. We have no legal obligation to retain data, so nothing about you is kept on our server after your account is deleted. The hosting provider’s technical logs (IP address, request time) expire on their own schedule and contain no financial data.
